The project is in a very pleasant neighborhood near Kegalle city, Sri Lanka. The land is about 35 perches with lush green environment. The architectural plan was developed according to the young couple’s low budget for the project.

A Family Holiday Retreat in Rural Dambulla, Sri Lanka. The clients for this project live in Colombo for years and sought a homestead —for their retirement plan. The clients need a place where they can get away from busy city life and rest, calm their minds.

When the main guidelines for the project were socializing with the family and spending free time together in a small house but still maintaining privacy, comfort, and practicality, the vision for this project became very clear to us.
